We are proud to announce that we can now offer apartments on Azzurra Sahl Hasheesh with an optional rental guarantee for 2 years from completion. The rental guarantee is available on studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

Owners signing the lease agreement have the following options for rental income:

• 5.5% per year – Payable annually in Arrears
• 9% payable in advance

As part of this you are entitled to 8 weeks holiday use at your own property per year.

The only other requirement is that your property is furnished by Azzurra.
