The developers of  the Makadi project have made some exciting changes to the masterplan to improve the areas appeal.  The central area now boasts tennis courts & swimming pools with sun terraces & palm trees. The green areas, part of Makadi’s trademark, still exist in this central zone, with 80% of the development being open space.

The central area will be the hub of the Makadi community. Situated here will be the shopping mall, restaurants, coffee shops, a sports centre &  playground. The skill of the project design means that this area is easliy accessible from all parts of the development & an internal transport system is also planned.
