Makadi – furniture packs now available

As the 1st phase of Makadi is nearing completion we are pleased to announce that furniture packs are available to purchase immediately.

We began sourcing, supplying & fitting furniture packs in 2007 in respond to the needs of our clients. They wanted to make the finishing process easier & simpler & we were their eyes & ears in Egypt. Our local knowledge & having a base in Hurghada meant that we could take all of the heartache out of furnishing a property – when they arrived everything was completely ready & they just had to unpack a suitcase.

All of the furniture we supply is made of wood – not imported mass produced MDF which does not have the durability to withstand the demands of a rental property. The furniture for each apartment is individually designed to suit the space available as there are several different types of property on Makadi.

As well as furniture packs we can also arrange the supply & fitting of:

Finishing packs – linen, cutlery, crockery

There are 3 different types of furniture packages available for Makadi:

Bronze Pack from £2,944 – A starter package which contains most of the items of furniture – all in high quality solid wood – you will need to set up home in your Makadi property. Included is a sofa, beds & space saving wardrobes with sliding mirror doors. It includes a fitted high quality kitchen with marble work tops, water heater & some finishing items.
Silver pack from £4,327 – As the Bronze package & includes additional electrical items such as a hob, oven, fridge, TV. Extra finishing items are also also part of the Silver package & there are upgraded light fittings.
Gold pack from £4,897 – All of the items included in the Bronze & Silver packs but of a higher specification, including a sofa bed, 32inch LCD TV, bedside lamps & more decorative items.
