Construction of phase 1 of the Makadi Bay project: Makadi started on 5th October 2009 and is now well under way. Many of the foundations of the first strips of blocks have already been laid and new collumns are now emerging. The first phase is located at the highest point on the Makadi site which is positioned approximately 85m above sea level. You can see from the pictures that you have clear sea views and views to the golf course from the top of the Makadi site.
